Who is Elizabeth Chatworth from Velvet Song and what is their importance?

Elizabeth Chatworth is Roger's younger sister. She becomes acquainted with Alyx at a friend's wedding, and when Alyx is locked in a cell by Pagnell, it is Elizabeth who attempts to rescue her. Pagnell then kidnaps Elizabeth, taes her clothing, and sends her to Miles Montgomery. Elizabeth is terrified because of what she has heard of the Montgomery's, but Alyx soothes her.
