What does Dimitri tell Rose after he catches her with Jesse?

Dimitri tells her that she makes herself cheap by making out with a Moroi, and that she doesn't have time for distractions right now anyways. Dimitri tells Rose that she needs to focus on her training, and that if she will work hard at it, she could be great. Dimitri agrees to continue mentoring her, but only if she will dedicate herself to her training.
