How does the headmistress react when Rose and Lissa are brought to her office?

She is glad that Lissa is alright, but she is angry at Rose. She blames Rose for Lissa's escape, and tells Rose that she put Lissa's life in considerable danger. The headmistress wants to expel Rose from the academy.
