What does Roland threaten to do to Risa in the bathroom? What was his motivation?

In Part III, the Fatigues bring the kids Christmas dinner. When Risa visits the bathroom before lining up to eat, Roland follows her and walks in on her. She tells him to leave, but he continues to move closer. Roland wants to have fun and keep Risa from being unwound for nine months.
