What does Cy tell Lev to do while he covers his eyes?

Cy tells Lev to hide the treasure trove of jewelry that he has in his pocket. He tells Lev to get rid of it and not to let him see it. When Lev returns and Cy uncovers his eyes, Lev sees that Cy's hand and face are cut and bloodied.
