How is the area inside of the sanctuary described in the novel, Unmarked?

The sanctuary, a small two hundred square foot room that houses Andras, is located inside the Illuminati safe house. There are symbols written on the ceiling, walls and floor that aid in weakening Andras. There is also a crucifix from the Vatican, shackles on the wall, and holy water sprinklers in the ceiling.
