Who is Vane Kattalakis from Unleash the Night and what is their importance?

Arcadian Were-Hunter, Vane, is Fury and Fang's brother. He is a large solid white timber wolf, who was born Katagarian but changed to Arcadian. After the change, he was protected from his pack by his brother Fury. Vane is a Regis, the head of an animal branch, and is called upon when the Omegrion meets to help decide a Were-Hunter's fate. Each animal branch has one Regis; Vane represents the Arcadians; Fury represents the Katagarians.
