What are Dopey Joes?

Dopey Joes are small animals living on the unknown planet that are about the size of a tom cat and appear somewhat dopey, stupid, until time for migration when they become aggressive. This animals cause Cowpertown a great deal of trouble during their first experience with the migration season, attacking the settlement and chasing large animals through the settlement.
