What does Father Juilliard say about his imminent departure from his position running the Pascal Aguila Mission School?

Father Juilliard says that though he wants to stay on in the position of running the Mission School, he is being removed due to his involvement with the dumpsite boys who found and kept the leather bag owned by Jose Angelico. Even though he had been an unwitting participant in helping the boys with their secret mission, Father Juilliard tells the reader that the school has already appointed its new head and he has been given his final task of handing over the school to that newly appointed head of the school.
