What divides the Naravo Graveyard in the novel, Trash?

There is a wall that runs through the middle of the graveyard, dividing the poor and the rich. The poor are not buried in the Naravo graveyard, with their coffins instead sealed in large metal containers, which are stacked high on top of each other.
