The concrete boxes are rented in five-year increments within the graveyard. What happens if the rent is not paid?

If the rent comes due on the concrete coffin and the rent is not paid, a sledgehammer is taken to the box in order to open it. Then the body is removed and the bones are thrown either into a pit designated for this purpose or are tossed into the trash.
