How does Gabriel Olondriz say he has ended up in Colva Prison?

Gabriel Olondriz says that he had tried to expose Senator Zapanta's corruption and theft of the 30 million dollars in United Nations-provided seed-corn money by bringing charges against him. Senator Zapanta then used his wealth and influence to counter-sue Gabriel Olondriz. Not suprisingly, due to his great power, he won a conviction and a harsh sentence, sending Gabriel Olondriz to prison for a sentence of 40 years.
