Who is Sid from the motion picture, Toy Story?

Sid is Andy's next door neighbor. He is a slightly older child who treats toys terribly. He has fun by blowing up his own toys, his little sister's and those lost by Andy. When Buzz and Woody get caught by Sid, they almost lose their lives.
