Who is Jackie from Three to Get Deadly and what is their importance?

Jackie is a prostitute and drug addict. Over the course of the novel, Jackie goes to Stephanie for help in finding her car. After Stephanie locates the car, Jessica stakes it out, so she can kill her boyfriend. What Jessica doesn't know is that he is already lying dead in a dumpster nearby.
