Will says he went to work for the company when he was twenty-six. He says Bill had just been born and he and Lily Dale could hardly get by on his salary. He says he heard this new produce company was starting up and they needed an aggressive, go-getter type, so he figured he was the man for the job. Will says he met Ted Cleveland, Sr. and they got along really well and he started work a week later.
