Who is Kregger in the novel, The Wrong Family?

Kregger is Juno's husband. Kregger has two sons from a previous marriage, who Juno treats as her own children. Though Kregger loves Juno, he grows tired of her obsessive investment in her clients' lives. He tells her that she must choose between her career or him and the boys. Juno does not listen and ends up in prison. Kregger leaves with the boys, and does not talk to Juno again. In the narrative present, Juno often thinks about Kregger, remembering his voice, and all the things he said to her.
