Who cares for Thursday after she is released from the psychiatric ward in the novel, The Wives?

Thursday’s father, who remains unnamed, is described as being distant from Thursday even though he stays with her for the majority of the time after she is released from the psychiatric ward. Thursday, however, believes it is Seth, not her father who is staying with her.
