Tea and Sympathy is the location where Eleanor and Adelaide run their business, as well as where they live upstairs.The shop is descirbed as cozy, warm, and full of herbs and old books. The two women live alone in the shop with Eleanor's raven, Perdu, before Beatrice arrives to work with them.
