What does Angrboda enjoy about living in Ironwood in the novel, The Witch’s Heart?

Angrboda enjoys living in Ironwood because it is on the end of the world and is as far away from Asgard as she can get. She feels safe and protected from the gods in Ironwood, even though Odin is technically omnipotent.
