What does Lucy wish she could buy for Christopher in the novel, The Wishing Game?

The Lego ship symbolizes what Lucy really wants to give to Christopher. Before the contest and before she adopts Christopher, she goes into a shop and wishes she could buy him a Lego pirate ship. It is far beyond what she can afford, so she buys him something smaller.
