Who is Vinnie Morris from The Widening Gyre and what is their importance?

Vinnie Morris is Broz's first lieutenant. He is described as an imposing, calculating man, who works exclusively for Joe Broz. When he discovers what Gerry has been doing in Georgetown, however, Morris attempts to clean up the mess without drawing his boss's attention. Spenser, unfortunatel, foils his plan and he has no choice but to admit his error to Joe.
