The Whole Town's Talking
What is the importance of Still Meadows in the novel, The Whole Town’s Talking?
.
.
Still Meadows is the graveyard where many of those from Elmwood Springs are buried. The curious thing about this graveyard is that those buried there can talk to each other. This is the setting in the book where a lot is reconciled and many mysteries figured out. Lucille and Gustav reconcile their love here, as does a secondary character Tot Whooten and her husband. The mystery of Hanna Marie’s will is also figured out here.
