Laetitia is described as beautiful, young, and mischievous. She spends her time gossiping in the court, and passing information on to William Cecil. As one of the Queen's confidantes, she guesses or knows about the affair that Queen Elizabeth is having with Robert Dudley, and revels in the salacious gossip.
