What is the theme in The Tenth Insight: Holding the Vision by James Redfield?

At the core of The Tenth Insight's particular thematic answer to the universal question of why humanity exists is the idea of personal empowerment - specifically, empowerment through a personal relationship with the divine and an understanding of the purpose and/or aims of that relationship.
