Sigurd Magsman is a sevety-year-old child and the most powerful telepath on Mars. Foyle kidnaps Sigurd and uses him to extract information from Captain Joyce. Foyle later abandons the crazed telepath to his rescuers during an Outer Planets' bombing of Mars.
