How do you feel about the experiences the Lees have had thus far with the healthcare system? Do you feel as though Lia is receiving the best care possible?

In my opinion, both the Lees and the hospital were working toward providing the best care for Lia. Sadly, communication was definitely lacking between them. A solution might have been for the hospital to provide a translator.... a case worker who could act as go between to better help everyone work through Lia's illness.
