A Phooka is a creature from the Fantastical World. When he appears to the children, he takes the form of part-monkey and part-rabbit creature. He is a shape-shifter, and he speaks in riddles. The Phooka also has a great deal of knowledge about the activities of the other creatures in the Fantastical World.
