What is the main conflict in The Sky Is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson?

The novel's main conflict is found in Lennon's grief over the death of Bailey..... her sister and best friend. Lennon must find a way to deal with her grief and move on with her life. Note, many of the novel's other characters are grieving for Bailey as well.
