How do Saknis and his grandson differ in their opinions of the white man?

Saknis knows of treaties; he is the one that brings them up in conversation. Moreover, he wants to create one with Matt. Attean, on the other hand, is resentful from the moment he enters the cabin. When his grandfather mentions the treaty, he explodes. Attean expresses resentment and anger over the meaningless treaties between the white man and his people.
