What is Ra's Crooks and Flail?

While fighting Bloodstained Blade, Carter reaches into the Duat for a weapon and comes up with the crook and flail. Carter initially thinks this is a mistake because of the chaos of Apophis's rising, but later discovers that it is because he is destined to become the next pharaoh and lead the people who believe in the ancient Egyptian ways.
