What does the narrator see when he looks in the mirror in "Section 1: Part 6"?

When the narrator looks in the mirror, he sees all of his imperfections. He looks at his age spots, red marks and thinks about how he once tried to grow a beard to hide his face. Overall, he is no longer happy with his appearance.
