What do Bun and Miss Vavasour argue about in "Section 2: Part 4"?

Bun and Miss Vavasour appear to be arguing over the influence each woman has in their own lives. The narrator feels they are arguing about him a little too, to see who has more power in his life. At the end of the section it is revealed that they were also arguing about The Cedars, as Bun now owns the house.
