Who is George from The Sandman: A Game of You and what is their importance?

George is one of the tenants that lives in Barbie's building. He is described as a
creepy man, who keeps a picture of Barbie hanging on his wall. George is a servant of the Cuckoo, and he releases malevolently projected birds that cause Wanda, Foxglove and Hazel to have nightmares. In the end, Thessaly kills him.
