Who are Derek, Bill, and Erik?

Derek, Bill, and Erik are with a government survival school. Bill and Erik are instructors, but Derek is a psychologist. They teach people who may need to survive in bad situations, such as downed pilots, astronauts, soldiers, how to live off the land and get out safely.
