How does Brian tell Derek to deal with the mosquitoes?

There is no way to get away from the mosquitoes. So Brian tells Derek he must settle in his mind that this is a fight that Derek cannot win. So Derek must make himself calm until the temperature drops and the mosquitoes leave.
