When Henry returns to his regiment what is he afraid of? What happens?

When Henry returns to his regiment, he's afraid that the other men will make fun of him. He's afraid they know of his cowardice. In truth, the other men have no idea he ran away, and he is welcomed back, and even cared for by the regiment. Wilson is especially compassionate and cares for his wound himself.
