Describe the situation that happens at the restaurant in Chapter 15.

Michael has dinner in the dining room of the hotel where he is staying. There are four men who are drinking and playing cards at another table. A little old man with a wooden leg walks in and sits at the bar. The four men start to torment the little old man by throwing cigarette butts at him. Michael becomes agitated with the situation and shouts at the men to stop their torture. Then the old man removes his wooden leg and hits the table where the men are seated.
