What is Bridie's reaction to the cafeteria food at the hospital? How does this compare to Julia's response to it?

Bridie feels that the food in the hospital cafeteria is a luxury, as they have fish and chicken and delicious tea. In her opinion that fact there is plenty of food to eat is enough reason to enjoy it. Julia, on the other hand, thinks the food is hardly palatable, as it is mostly canned, lesser meat such as rabbit, and very weak tea.
