What are two of Groyne's euphemisms for death? What does Julia think of them?

Groyne has many euphemisms for death. One is "turned up her toes" and a second is "hopped the twig." Julia is disgusted by most of what Groyne says, including these euphemisms, as she feels he does not care about the lives that are lost.
