In "Black" (Pages 235-265), what does Julia think about the line on the propaganda poster regarding lying down for a fortnight?

Julia finds this line about lying down to survive the most laughable on the poster. She finds this ridiculous, as who could afford or manage that without a houseful of servants? The poster is asking too much of the people and then blaming death on those who cannot lie around.
