What wordplay is being used to comical affect with Ulla?

Ulla's thick Swedish accent is played for laughs, as Max and Leo have a hard time understanding what she is trying to say. Even more, when asked for her name, she announces that she is Ulla Inga Hansen Bensen Yonsen Tallen-Hallen Svaden-Svanson. However, this is just her first name and Max decides that they will simply refer to her as Ulla.
