What must Leo and Max do in order to secure the rights for Springtime for Hitler?

Leo and Max are forced to compromise their values (more Leo than Max) in order to obtain the rights for Franz's show. They not only present themselves as Hitler sympathizers, but dance and sing along to what Franz claims is Hitler's favorite song, "Der Guten Tag Hop Clop." Throughout the song, Leo is frequently slapped and kicked by Franz, but, at Max's insistence, puts up with it. After the song, Max and Leo take the Siegfried Oath, swearing their fealty to Hitler. However, when Franz's back is turned, Max and Leo stick out their middle fingers instead of taking the hand salute Franz has given them.
