What is Franz's mission with his script?

Franz believes that Hitler has been unfairly maligned by the world. Through his show, he wants to show the world a Hitler "with a song in his heart." Essentially, he wishes to cleanse his Fuhrer of any evil misconceptions (ironic, given that Hitler is considered one of the most evil men in history).
