How is Leo atypical from the other accountants?

While being yelled at by his boss, Leo is told that he will never progress in his life and career, a fate that the other accountants deem horrible. Through song, it is shown that all the accountants hate their jobs and have become numb to life. However, Leo still has a spark in him that provokes him to engage in a lengthy fantasy about being a Broadway producer, a move that inspires him to quit his job.
