Describe Roger's production team.

Roger's production team appears to be made up of several flamboyant homosexuals. They enter the room dressed up as an Indian chief, police officer, and sailor (amongst others), as well as a lesbian dressed in work pants and a flannel shirt. All of these are stereotypes of homosexual lifestyles (consider the Village People's "YMCA" in popular culture), a deliberate ploy on the part of the playwright to take the characters too over-the-top to be considered offensive.
