Who is Hugh Hendon from The Prince and the Pauper and what is their importance?

Hugh Hendon is Miles' younger brother. He is described as devious, treacherous, and loved only by his father. When Hugh makes untrue accusations about his brother, his father takes his side. Miles is then sent away, and after a time, proclaimed dead. After Miles return, Hugh's treachery is exposed, he deserts his wife, flees the country, and dies soon after.
