What information does Arthur Koenig reveal to Angier in Section 12, Part 4?

After a successful performance of Angier's, Koenig reveals to him that the paperwork in Hastings had been falsified, and Borden does, in fact, have a twin brother, and that is how her accomplishes the New Transported Man. Koenig confirms that he has seen Borden and his twin together.
