What does Arthur Koenig bring to sell to Angier, and what does Angier think of it?

Arthur Koenig comes to speak with Julia, but ends up speaking with Angier. Koenig offers up Borden's journal, on behalf of Olive Westcombe. Arthur advises Angier that one of the Bordens, has died of heart failure and Olive is in need of the funds. Angier purchases the book, and he and Julia read it several times. Julia finds Borden's tone in the journal upsetting. Angier admits that he admires Borden and wishes they would have been friends, rather than enemies.
