Did either Borden or Angier ever try to reconcile their feud? If so, what happened?

Borden knew he had started the feud and felt quite guilty about it over time. He wrote an apology to Angier after some years of fueding, but Angier tore it up and sent it back. Angier made several attacks on Borden by shouting out in mid-performance or writing over the place cards the secrets of the tricks that were being performed, before Borden had the opportunity.
