What does Ecclesiastes say about folly?

Folly uses several verses from Ecclesiastes that speak to the foolishness of all mankind. She also refers to Ecclesiastes 44, which states that it is better to hide folly than to hide wisdom. Since people only hide what is precious to them, she deduces that folly is better than wisdom.
